My education and experience enable me to offer effective, empirically supported, outpatient psychotherapy. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a safe and neutral space for children, adolescents, and adults. I will work with you to design an individualized treatment plan in order to help you overcome barriers to achieving your goals and moving forward to where you want to be in your life. I have been in practice in Westchester County since 1999, and my office is conveniently located at 545 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley, New York, close to several highways.
