Dr. Greene currently maintains a private practice using empirically supported cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies to address a wide span of issues, but her primary expertise and focus is on differential diagnosis and evidence based treatments.
Dr. Greene is active in her community and recently completed 9 years on the United Way of Rockland County's board of directors where she served three years as board chair. She is currently the President of Cornell University's Human Ecology Alumni Association Board, and a member of Cornell University Council and the President's Council of Cornell Women.
An avid dog lover, Dr. Greene has two adopted rescue dogs, and often raises golden retriever puppies as they seek certification as service animals for autistic children for the Northstar Foundation.
